Nikhil Paleja has spent the past 16 years in construction and real-estate development in Hyderabad, delivering residential and commercial projects that pair sound engineering with timeless design — over 20 completed developments, spanning 20 lakh sq. ft. of residential and 5 lakh sq. ft. of commercial-cum-retail spaces, with 5 projects currently ongoing and 2 more in the pipeline.
He looks after business development, procurement of lands, and sales & marketing across all projects, and brings strong legal expertise to every transaction — from land acquisition through design, construction and handover.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Australia.
